So at 5 I got the dog up (he wasnu2019t very happy about it, too bad for him!) and we went up the hill for sunrise to beat the heat.nnThe trees are so thick with berries that the branches are leaning over.  You can grab clusters of them that fill your hand.nnWe didnu2019t pick a huge amount as we needed to be back in time to make pre-work coffee for Tassie.  Pippin signalled it was time to go with his widened bulldog stance and a stare, and back down the hill we went.  Didnu2019t stop me from grabbing drive-by handfuls for breakfast as we walked past more bushesu2026nnInspiration hit after a nap and the Sawmill Creek Cottages Cookbook came out for a muffin recipe.
